You have the right to request deletion of your personal data from our systems. Contact us directly to submit your request.
What happens when you request deletion?
- We will verify your identity to ensure the request is legitimate.
- We will delete your personal data from our systems within 30 days.
- Some data may be retained if required by law or for legitimate business purposes.
- You will receive confirmation once the deletion is complete.
Submit your request
Email killian.frailey@kerido.co with the subject Data Deletion Request and include:
- Your account email address or username
- Confirmation that you want to delete your account and associated data
- Any additional information that may help us locate your account
Important notes
- Deletion of your data is permanent and cannot be undone.
- You may need to register again if you wish to use Kerido in the future.
- We may retain certain information as required by law or for legitimate business purposes, such as transaction records required for tax purposes.
- Processing your request may take up to 30 days.
