Welcome to Kerido! These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Kerido mobile app and related services (collectively, the "Service"), operated by Kerido LLC ("we," "us," "our").
By downloading, accessing, or using Kerido, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old to use Kerido. If you are under 18, you must have permission from a parent or guardian.

You are responsible for:
- Maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials
- All activity under your account
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

- Use Kerido for unlawful or harmful purposes
- Upload or share inappropriate, false, or infringing content
- Attempt to hack, reverse engineer, or disrupt the Service
- Misuse Kerido to spam or harass others
4. User Content
You retain ownership of content you create or share through Kerido. By sharing content, you grant Kerido a limited, non-exclusive license to display and distribute it for the purpose of operating the Service.
We do not monitor private communications but may remove content that violates these Terms or applicable law.
5. Payments (if applicable)
Any payments or financial transactions facilitated through Kerido are processed by third parties (e.g., Stripe). We are not responsible for payment disputes or refund processing.
6. Intellectual Property
All intellectual property related to the Kerido app, brand, and software remains the property of Kerido LLC. You may not copy, distribute, or modify the Service without permission.
7. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Kerido LLC and its affiliates are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
9. Termination
You may stop using Kerido at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or misuse the Service.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
11. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
